This is a one-off 60-90 minute session with one of our coaches. Perfect for when you just have that one important question you need help with. Any topic, your choice!

Are you ready for coaching?
Coaching is different than counseling. In counseling, trauma wounds are diagnosed and treated therapeutically by a professional licensed counselor. In coaching, wounds are healed enough that we can turn to the processes of building strength, flexibility, and mobility. Building strength, gaining skills, achieving goals, and experiencing transformation is hard work. Growth takes time. And the relationship of trust between you and your coach takes time. As in any sport, getting strong - especially after healing an injury - will require most of the work from you. Because no one can succeed at being you except YOU.

Four, 1-hour sessions for that mindset change you really could use. This is a good amount of time to get some perspective and let your coach get to know you more. Along with this package, you will get free access to our Life Model 4GenZ course.

Get In Sync
Four, 90-minute sessions for you AND 1-4 other people. This is a great opportunity to work on a shared goal with your friend group or community. Also good for couples, siblings, or leadership teams. Along with this package, each person in the 4-session group will get free access to our Life Model 4GenZ course.

1 on 1 Coaching:
The Burn
12 sessions of coaching. You choose whether you want 2 hours every other week or 1 hour every week, giving you 12 total hours. This package will give you great results! Along with six months of coaching, you'll get free access to our Life Model 4GenZ Course.

For 40 weeks, tackle that part of your life that just needs a total reset! Twenty 2-hour sessions or 40 1-hour session to give you the fresh start that will change everything!
